Game 17: Van Wonders v. BlacksheepWhere
After a bye-week we are back on the North Shore at 2:00pm the day of the NHL all-star game. It is a shame that not one of the Blacksheep were named to the team. Shame. Shame.
Wear
The Sheep are back in black, except for Dave who will wear black, white and red. The Van Wonders appear in their visitor white jerseys.
Us & Them
Last year The Sheep and The Wonders split the season series 1-1-1. This year we are tied with .500 records in division 7, but it should be noted that we have won twice as many as we have lost and they have lost more games than they have won. Go figure.
Moral of the story. The team that wins the battles in the corners will win the war. Rick Tocchet 'the bookie' calls the game a pick'em. Janet has $10K on the Sheep, doesn't like the spread and just for fun threw $1K on the 5:1 odds that Maxam posts a shut-out upon his return. This guy from New Jersey also has money on the game, but he says he doesn't.
