Game 6: Ultra Moroons v. BlacksheepWhere
Prime Time. We have clean, hard, non-union ice on a Saturday night. We play on the red rink on the North Shore at 9:45pm, the first Blacksheep game on the sheet that the comfortable lounge upstairs overlooks. Hockey Night in Canada televises the first Canucks v. Flames game of the season immediately before the puck drops in a match against our new arch rival, the Ultra Moroons. School children can't find ice while we play in a rink with fantastic ice, heated bleachers and a bar with leather couches and a big screen TV that looks over our upcoming tilt.
If any of you have scouts, friends, or loved ones that want to see you play then this is the most spectator friendly game we will play anytime soon. We have the best, and for the moment only, ice time in Vancouver.
Come to the rink. Invite a bird. Watch the Canucks. Play the Moroons. Follow this map. Puck drops 9:45pm. Fans are welcome. Moroon fans too.
Wear
This game the Sheep will be in white jerseys. The Maroons will sport maroon coloured jerseys with a 1 foot tall 'M' on the front.
Us & Them
These two teams have never played each other in a regular season game. The circle of friends, the letter 'C' and the talent pool of both teams share similar DNA. This should be an intense affair.
