• Last game we received 26 minutes of penalties in a 40 minute game.

• 5 players were given 10 total minutes of penalties in the final 4:13 of period 3.

• 2 of 4 defencemen were ejected in the final 1:06 of period 3.
  
  
• In the first 2 games 11 different players have received minor penalties.

• Only 1 period of our first 6 have we been penalized less than the opposition.

• It was only 15 or 16 months ago that we were warned that penalty's were coming. Taking things too literally, a WSHL game last September had 100 penalties called. The trend continued and 1 month later The Wall Street Journal published an article that outlined the same issues that we discussed while tipping one back after the last game. Another example of the trickle down effect.
