Dear Sheep,

So here's the plan. Baaaaah!

With a full active roster and fistful of spares this site is an attempt to organize who is coming to each game. The day after each game a new post will go up on this site highlighting who we are playing next, where we are playing and when we are playing. It will be REQUIRED for each member of the team to leave a comment in the game thread as to whether or not they will be able to play.

An automated mailer will be sent to your email that contains a link to the up coming games thread. All you need to do is answer this question. Will you be at this game? There are 3 acceptable answers.

Yes.
No.
Tentative.

You MUST reply to game thread [the link in the the email, not to the email that was sent to you] 48 hours before game time or your roster spot will be filled for this game. This site is date/time coded and is open for all sheep to see. If you are 'tentative' - you must contact Joe Post [604-725-8625 or joepost@shaw.ca] to work out the details of your roster spot for that game.

This system should prove to be very simple and only requires you to:

- check email
- open email from 'blacksheep hockey'
- click link
- reply: yes/no/tentative
- ‘chose an identity’
- click OTHER – enter your name in dialogue box
- click ‘publish your comment’
- done

This should take each member of the team less than a minute and will relieve the burden of one person being solely responsible for shepherding the sheep. Let the sheep shepherd the sheep. Power to the people!
